A small warehouse, a few forklifts but larger than life ambitions of creating a company dedicated to providing high value logistics services centred around the customer.

It was 15 years ago when co-founders Winston Gust, Todd Sicard and Elroy Gust came together with a shared passion and commitment to work harder, work quicker and maintain a level of dedication in their aggressive pursuit of freight solutions. Today, Crossdock celebrates the dreams, drive and dedication that has seen it grow from the modest company it was to the logistics leader it has become.

But throughout our growth, the original spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial excitement continues to characterize what we do and who we do it for. We remain true to our mission of placing the customer at the centre of our operation. It is after all, thanks to the fierce loyalty of those customers and employees that we have garnered such success including being twice named to the Profit 500 list of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies.
